Terms of Sale

These terms apply to purchases from The Aurelius Club, Stockholm, Sweden. Contact: hello@theaureliusclub.com.

Prices and payment

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT. Payment is processed by Stripe at the time of order.

Delivery

We ship worldwide from Stockholm. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. If an item cannot be delivered within the stated time, you will be notified and may cancel the order for a full refund.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (distansavtalslagen, 2005:59) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive. The period runs from the day you receive the goods. To exercise it, notify us within 14 days at hello@theaureliusclub.com — a plain email is enough — and return the goods within 14 days of that notice. You pay the return shipping. We refund the full purchase price, including original standard shipping, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return. You may examine the goods as you would in a shop; a deduction may be made for diminished value beyond that.

Complaints

Under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (konsumentköplagen) you have the right to complain about defective goods for three years from delivery. Contact us and we will repair, replace or refund. If we cannot agree, you may turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or use the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We follow ARN's recommendations.

Governing law

Swedish law applies. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold as a consumer under mandatory law in your country of residence.
