Your account and your data

• Sign-in. The app uses a magic link — enter your email and open the link on the same device. No passwords, ever.
• Export your journal. In the app: Settings → Your data → Export. You get the whole record as a readable document.
• Delete your account. In the app: Settings → Your data → Delete. Immediate and permanent — the journal, the account, all of it. Or write to us and we will do it for you.

The Sunday Letter

Every letter carries a one-tap unsubscribe link. It works from any mail client, no sign-in needed.
